HOW TO NAVIGATE THE TICKER FACTORY ON SIGNATURE?

I am having the darnest time ARGGHHH I even gave my password to someone to look at my account and settings and they say I have all the things in place BUT the signature does not seem to be in any of the posts I am posting. Does anyone have technical ability that can give it a whirl for me? I really would like to have this scale near my signature - BrendaO private email [email protected]
