Need help with energy, headaches, eating protein

Hi Miss Crystal! I did find one...after wasting a lot of money and trying others. However, I will be honest...I don't use it a lot. I had a sample pack of it...and plan on buying more...just have to find a local store. The kind I liked was Nectar Cappuccino Latte...because that is exactly how it takes...It was yummy for a protein drink...just like drinking a cappuccino! I know they have it on ebay for around 21-22 dollars for a 2 lb container...so if I don't find it locally I will use that. But...I have been lucky so far to get most of it in by food...and my labs have been great! Good luck finding the right one for you! I know it is hard...cause most of them are too thick...and chalky. Try the nectar Latte one. Let me know what you think! Stephanie
