Hello my name is Pat Carros from Wall N.J. and i need everyone to agree with me that my insurance company Horizon blue cross will not give me any problems. Dr.Ballantyne's office submitted my papers and insurance company wants a letter from my family Dr. which does not like to write letters and is on vacation until the 24th.I have an appointment on the 25th to see him,please pray. My surgery is on the Aug 1st and is all set. Thank You and GOD BLESS everyone Pat Carros
