LATE Monday coffee talk

OH WOW! Good LATE Monday morning. I haven't slept THIS late in YEARS! I guess it's just something about being in a state of REST! I didn't get up until 9:43! I'm at my Sister's and this is just a place of peace. I LOVE being here! Not that my house isn't a place of peace, but there is just something about not having to be concerned with daily life at home! I haven't been able to visit with my Sister since Thanksgiving so I am really going to enjoy this week of VACATION with her and her awesome family. I'm not going to challenge myself OR you today. It's a day of REST! SO! Not wondering who's up, but what cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on Swiss Almond Chocolate with Coconut Creamer. OH MY WORD! It's awesome! I love you all! Have a good Monday

Good Morning Randall, I'm enjoying my day off and just lazing around the house this morning. I hope you have a wonderful vacation and visit with your sister. It's always nice when we can get away from our daily lives and just relax, I know what you mean its just different. Well I've already had my coffee this morning and did my step aerobics and I'm really proud of myself. Enjoy yourself and take it easy. Take care, Loni
