It's not gonna sag since it's just an implant. Sagging goes with fats and skin if weight loss occurs. Good luc****ep healthy.

Topic: RE: Lap Band & Chemo
Best thing is, just to be safe you need to ask your physician for that matter. All i know is lap band has adjustments during the 1st 18 months following lap band surgery.

Topic: RE: stomach cancer/rny
Since you with RNY just follow the recommended diet. You can have small frequent feeding. You can do it, always think that it's not just you who is suffering that illness. Some people does and yet they survive with a smile omn their faces. Good luck I know you can make it.

Only after consulting with a bariatric surgeon, dietician, and psychologist will you know if bariatric surgery is right for you. Bariatric surgery is a life choice requiring life-long changes in behavior, eating habits, and lifestyle. Be positive.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/smile.gif)

Topic: RE: 1 year post op, 5 lbs to goal, and diagnosed with breast cancer!
Hi, i had WLS over 2 years ago. i had a bi-lateral masectomy almost 3months ago, I have not gained ANY weight. Lost down to 88lbs, back up to almost 100 now.
Topic: RE: What size : new breasts?????
The only reason I didn't do a double mast/recon instead of rads is because they told me that I may have had to do rads even with the mast. They don't tell folks anything! I think they're just used to doing things a certain way, and don't really think through all the options and share them with the patients.
That's a new one on me...rads after reconstruction. That could have saved a whole lot of people a whole lot of stress, worry, frustration, ....

Topic: RE: I'm on chemo/radiation can i still have my LB procedure done?
I've not had WLS, but I have been through chemo and radiation, so I think I might be able to answer part of your question.
Most likely, you will need to wait until you have finished chemo and radiation and your body has had time to heal from that. From my own experience, I don't think I could have handled healing from surgery at the same time. In fact, I had surgery prior to chemo and had to wait a month for that to heal before beginning chemo. I did also have reconstruction surgery (had breast cancer and mastectomies) and I had to wait a few months to heal from chemo before having that surgery.
Honestly? You have enough on your plate dealing with the chemo. If it were me, I'd give my body a little time to heal. Of course, talk to your doctor and go with his/her recommendation.
I wish you all the best in your healing.

Topic: Pancreatitus Out there?
Has anyone had pancreatitus following WLS surgery? I was also diagnosed last month with pre-cancer in the stomach but am stage 2 or "chronic" pancreatitus. I'm not on a 70 percent liquid diet.
Was just curious if anyone else had an issue with this. I did have my gall bladder removed last year. Thanks for reading.
