GOOD NEWS!!!
I just had my six-month bladder cancer checkup this week and the urologist said that my bladder looks just fine.
Yippee!! 
Although I will need to start my maintenance bcg treatments starting next week (once a week for three weeks), I am so happy that I am still cancer free. Now I can still have my rny surgery on June 27. Yeah!!!
I've also had skin melenoma (6 years ago)---thankfully, it has not returned. But I also just recently had a spot of skin cancer removed from my left leg (the lab report showed that the edges were clean, thank God!)....the key to fighting cancer is EARLY DETECTION!!! As one person said, once you've had cancer, you tend to look at life a little differently.
I treasure each day that God gives me...

A clean bill of health is a wonderful bill to get! Best of luck on your up coming surgery. You will be on the losing side before you know it.
