Hi Renee',
Just happened upon your post while surfing the WLS website and noticed you are having surgery this week. I'll send lots of positive thoughts your way. My own surgery is on 4-5 so I, too, am feeling some of the scary moments. LOL
I love to read, too, especially mysteries. I read THE DAVINCI CODE and found it very interesting, as well. I haven't done the ANGELS AND DEMONS yet. Maybe I'll have lots of time to read during recuperation, huh?

Hi, They are very funny mystery books. Stephani Plune is a bounty hunter and she gets in so much trouble. They are very good. Fast reads and not a bloody mystery. Start with 1 for the money. Its the first in the series. They are numbered. I hope you try them and enjoy. Let me know. Betty

Hi fellow readers. My name is Renee'. I love to read. I am currently reading Dan Brown, Angels and Demons. Very interesting so far. I recently read The DaVinci Code, by same author, very very interesting.
I read a wide variety of books. I recently disovered Tess Gerritson, I have read all of her books.
I recently re-discovered Dean Koontz. I used to read his books years ago. I finished Odd Thomas last month...it was absolutely fabulous...very very gripping...its one of those stories you just can't put down....had to see what happened on the next page.
I also, love love love...Patterson. Just read Jack and Jill, its one of his older books....I never read....it was wonderful. Had a real surprise ending.
Happy Reading all....I would love to trade books with anyone else *****ads large print, I have many titles to share and trade.

Topic: Excellent Mystery Book!
Hi folks,
I recently read _Beneath a Panamanian Moon_ by David Terrenoire, and what a fun read it is! It's witty, funny, suspenseful, brilliant! If you want to find a good fun read, this is the book to get!
Here's the link to the book on Amazon, where you can read more about it:

Topic: RE: Huge Harry Potter Fan...
I, too am wild about Harry and have been ever since I wandered into the first movie just to see what all the hype was about. I fell in love! Then I ordered all the books that are out so far. Now my 4-year-old granddaughter is hooked as well.
Is anyone else as disgusted as I am with all those people who think Harry is evil and un-Christian? I think most of them have never even seen the movies or read the books. If they had, they'd know that the theme is good vs. evil--and good always wins. There are many lessons to be learned in how to treat people and about friendship.
My own personal favorite character is Professor Snape. I adore Alan Rickman and I have his picture as Snape on my computer's desktop.
Can't wait till the next movie comes out, but in the meantime I watch the old ones over and over. Yay, Harry!
