Just wondering what everyone is reading right now. Do you have a particular genre that you like? I tend to read fantasy, it gives me a break from the everyday. I just finished ERAGON by Christopher Paollini. It was EXCELLENT! Hard to believe he's only 19 and started the book was he was 15. Obviously, he's a genius.

I read Tami Hoag, most of her books are about lawyers and criminal cases. Also, Ann Rule (she does True Crime-VERY GOOD!), Sue Grafton, Scott Turow, Preston A Pairo III and Patricia Cornwell. For your basic murder/mystery I would suggest Robert B Parker, JA Jance, Mary Higgins Clark, Stuart Woods, and Kay Hooper. I love to read!!! You can e-mail me if you want specific recommendations from any of these authors. I have a million books, too bad you don't live closer. Carrie

My mom loves Grissom too. She said James Patterson and Jonathan Kellerman are a lot like him, she likes those books just as much!

Margaret Maron is an awesome author. I especially like her books about a female judge in the south.

Right now I am really into Laurell Hamilton ... she is a sci-fi/fantasy writer with really intense erotic undertones. I love her stuff ... just discovered it! Caroline O.
