Noon to 12:45 pm Walk outside 45 min, just to wake up and get some sun 1:25 pm to 2 pm @ home Incline Press Incline Discus Flyes 50# wt 1 arm presses Soak in the pool for an hour before heading to work Midnight @ home after work Inverted Rows Volume is kind of low because of the track meet this coming Saturday. I felt a little beat up and tired last Saturday so backing off more this week. No heavy squats on Thursday like last week. I just didn't recover enough by Saturday. Train with Purpose.

Ok...I'm getting ready for 1 last track meet Saturday. So my workout schedule is a little strange even for me. 11:00 am to noon Abs and stretching @ home for 15 min Throwing @ park 2 k Discus, 1 k Discus 1:45 pm to 3 pm @ home Abs and stretching Power Cleans Suspended Squats Glute Ham Raises supersetted with standing calf raises in power rack hanging Leg raises supersetted with Seated Calf Raises Grip Work 8 pm @ work gym walking on treadmill 45 min, up to level 6, 3 mph, 2.25 miles "If they want to do it, that's the main thing." Hinton Said. "If you don't want to do it, you can find all kinds of excuses - not reasons - not to do it." - Margaret Hinton, age 84, Breast cancer patient, gold medals in 100 and 200 meters, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault, Discus, Shot put, Javelin, Weights, Super Weights.

Hi all. I did just a short 30 mins of cardio...and some streching and sit ups. I am thinking about going back and doing a little more. Had to run this am to an appointment. Better then nothing. Have a great Day!

Way to go Earl on your personal records!!!! I am going to relax today...I vaccumed the pool this am and now I am thinking of getting on the raft and laying in it. It will be a very difficult work out but somebody's gotta do it! Have a good day!

Meet day Had to get up at 5 am to drive for 2 hours to a meet. I am not a morning person. I did pretty good, set 2 new personal records, still not All American level like I want though, but I'm happy with the PRs. Got 4th in the Discus w/ 103 ' 1" New PR Got 2nd in Shot Put w/32' 11 1/4" New PR It's hot in Ohio. Stay Cool everyone. Earl

10:30 am to 11 am throwing practice 2 k discus, no shot put today, I need to rest my arm. 11:30 to 12:30 cut the grass (cardio) That's it for me. I have to work tonight, but I'm going to try to get off early so I can get some sleep. I have to get up at 5 am to drive to Dayton for the Meet tomorrow. I am not a morning person. So if you're on the road in Ohio tomorrow morning...avoid the Durango with the plate that says "Lift Big". If my eyes are closed just let me sleep. Train hard...then go home.
