I liked that picture. I thought it was hilarious. I'm sure someone will see it and be offended.
That herion sounds like a good weight loss tool. Probably cheaper than WLS.
My pool was like 90 all last week. Doesn't really cool you off when it's that warm but still feels good.

I am with you, I was at 260 for about a week, then up to 270 where I am today. I am hoping the circuits will kick it up, they kept my heart rate at about 70% of max the whole time so I felt like I had ran a few miles when I was done. I have been snacking my way through some stuff as well my friend, I feel ya. I think I should start looking to herion, less fattening.
114 degrees today, and cloudy (Humid)- we are not used to humid on top of hot,it is 106 in my garage and my pool is 92(feels like old bath water), so I am f#@ked for swimming and working out; just too much for me. So some iced green tea, air cond, and a movie tonight.
Yeah, they have issued a "Heat storm warning" for the rest of the week, thats new. Starting to see some elderly pass away, that is sad. The moron running one of the elderly care home did not think it was time to get everyone out when the air conditioner quit. It must have been 105+ in that place; one woman dead and another in critical condition. The fire department had to issue the evacuation; the director thought they would be ok.
Love the new posting pic I pictured you to have bigger arms

Thanks Michelle,
Tattoo huh? I am weighing getting an old lame one removed or covering it with a good one. Hope it heals well, get back to it. I can not remember this many days in a row over 100 (9 and counting), but it is HOT!

I just saw on CNN where they declared a Power Emergency out there. I hear they're even telling you to not drive. I've had stores call me from Ca with power outages every day telling me how hot it is with no air because they're not on the coast to get the air currents.
You da man! As OCD about training as I am, 90 something seems to be about my limit on just breathing, let alone working out.
Good workout. My track season is over so I'm going to change things up and do more of a bodybuilding - fat loss type training for awhile. I really need to get down to 250 or so. I've stalled out on weight loss for over a year. I've put on some muscle but I've still got the belly. I've kind of been eating my thru the divorce.
Good Job Mike.

Ouch! I'm too girly to get any ink.
Let's see the pictures.
Well, it's raining and I've had about 4 hours sleep. Time to go compete.

Hi my buddy I have not abandoned you!!! I got my new tattoo Tuesday and so I'm waiting for it to heal some. I got it smack dab right on top of my foot. So it's nice and swollen and hopefully Monday I'll be back to the gym which I admit I miss.
Glad to see you've been keeping up the good work. I am working on getting some pics so I'll be posting them shortly on my profile.
Take care
Topic: Thursday and Friday workouts
Hey everyone. (hellooooo...lurkers come out and play)
Thursday did about 45 min of throwing. Had to cut it short, rain and lightening while standing in a field with no trees while holding a metal discus is not really a good plan.
Friday - I just got up but since the rain has stopped but I'm going to throw for about 45 min, shot and discus and walk for 30 min and stretch. Then rest for the meet tomorrow. Again, I'm not a morning person.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Topic: Wednesday's workouts
