Hello everyone, As we continue in this holiday season my wish for everyone one of you is that you will continue to be healthy for the rest of your life. And continue to make regular workouts a part of your life. With all the holiday parties and celebrations going on the tendency is eat and drink a little more then we should. Nice Job Kristie, I jogged 4 miles on the treadmill. It was great because Duke was on one of the TVs .... so I could exercise and watch the game.
