Only for the boards.. hehe.. It is really just boring S-t-a-c-y. So many of us around here I thought I would try to be different. I've been a gym rat on and off for about 8 years or so. Married to a personal trainer as well. He use to manage at a couple different gyms but just recently switched back to retail managment. Also run a couple message board forums on fitness and nutrition. One is active and one sort of fizzled out. One of my main motivators for RNY was the fact that with all the extra weight I was getting lots of bone injuries and joint pain with working out. Now that no longer seems to be the case and I am much more healthier these days. Great site that you will like... http://www.stumptuous.com/cms/index.php Stacy

Did a few miles yesterday walking to the football stadium. Double benefit.. free parking and exercise. Then watched the Ravens beat the Vickings.. Yay! Moderate Cardio this morning.. 45 min., HR 150ish. Yoga this afternoon. Need to salute that sun and get rid of all this rain we are having.
