I worked up the guts to ask another girl to watch my form on squats just cause I feel like I am so out of practice. It was fine though. I got a scare my last time I did full body and almost passed out doing squats.
I think I just wasn't breathing correctly and let my heart rate go up to high.
After that I did some spinning for my cardio.
Assorted Abs - went light since they were sore from yesterdays
Finished off with some really good stretching.
Total Workout Time: 1:15

Had a yummy protein delite with skim milk shake post workout. Plan to have an Amy's burrito in about an hour for lunch. Not sure what I will do rest of the day. I guess watch football and maybe go walk the dogs but it is very brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr cold out here in the Baltimore area. Dana working all day so I am home alone.

Feeling healthy other then some left over sniffles and back in the gym.
Did 10 min running warm up
40 min upper body + abs & back
40 min spinning
in zone 57 minutes
avg hr 136
calories burned 729 !!!!- 45% from fat (ya this is with the weight correctly programmed this time)
After I went grocery shopping and then when I got home I ate a 280 calorie Amy's Breakfast Burrito and 2 90 calorie kellogs bars.. lol I was huuuuuuuuuuungry. Pre-workout I had 1/2 of a acheiv one protein latte.
I probably should have something immediately post workout. Oh well.
Decided to go back to upper and lower days to help with muscle recovery. Full body just killed me earlier this week.

Good morning all, I hope everyone is enjoying a great weekend!!! Okay who's working out today? 7am this morning for a great back, chest, legs and abs blowout!!!! I may go back for cardio this afternoon "hey im bored today" So how is everyone doing. mike, earl, john, stacy and others. I know you guys are still working hard!!!
