Noon walked 40 min outside
8 pm @ work gym
walked treadmill 50 min, 3 mph up to level 8, 2.46 miles
My legs are kind of sore from yesterday so just walking to kill the pain.
It's better to wear out than to rust out.

Hey boys Just took the dog for a walk jog...it's so humid here...but who would have ever thought I would go for a jog when it's humid out. would have been sittiing on my butt in the AC before.

I'll be sore tomorrow.

I count mow the lawn as a workout. Only 91? Our news just told us about the Heat advisory because it's going to be 90 for the next week.

Close Grip bench press supersetted with DB Curls

Mowed, edged, and then skimmed the pool, because of course as soon as I edge the lawn the wind picks up and blows the grass into the pool. ONLY 91 degrees today! Man it is nice, cool nights again, the pool in at a beautiful 80 degrees, I am lovin life. No work out after I mow this yard, takes 2 hours and I am beat!
