Here is where I went skiing.
http://www.skimadriver.com/
It is only 45min. from my house. Not very good but I still like to do it. I try to go every Thursday. I am a chaperone for Middle school kids ( my wife is a teacher) and I go for free. Cant beat the price.

Nice. Where did you go skiing? I was a slacker this weekend. Went out dancing/singing at dueling piano bar and recovered on Sat. Ugh. I'd like to say I am going to go lift tonight but I'm just not in the mood and can't find the motivation. Had to be at work early today to help run the IT command center for a new surgical oncology practice we opened.
I really need to do that bike ride I mentioned so I can clear my head. So much stuff going on these days. I have to be here early again tomorrow but will go to bed tonight early and be at the Y when it opens to lift. That or I can do free weights at the house. No excuses.

Topic: Weekend Training
Thursday I went downhill skiing. Friday I rested. Saturday I ran 3 miles in the morning. I did an upper body workout in the gym Saturday afternoon. Sunday I did a leg workout (my least favorite workout). Tonight I will do a little cardio before my yoga class.
