I've got my eye on a Cannondale. Been drooling over it for months.

Topic: NEW BIKE RECCOMENDATIONS?
Hi all I am a former avid bike rider and looking forward to becoming a born again cycler. I had surgery almost 3 weeks ago and I am now looking forward to buying myself a new bike to replace my worn out Diamond back Mountain bike! Most of my riding is street riding but I do love trail riding as well. Best cycling trip for me was at Killington Vermont back when I was seperated a few years ago. It was a great trip for exercise/pleasure, and soul searching. I plan to go back this year! My thoughts on a new high-end bike are; Trek/Gary Fisher/Cannondale or perhaps a Specialized?? Any thought swill be helpful?? Thanks Kenny

Topic: Returning to the gym tomorrow!
Okay - I'm through the hardest part of the tummy tuck - and am now released to go back to the gym - starting tomorrow with my kick boxing class!!! Because of medical problems, I haven't really been at the gym much since September (only a few times here and there). I'm thinking I'm going to basically have to start over with my weight training as I've lost a lot of definition and strength.....and that depresses me - but I know I'll probably gain it back quicker because the PS said that my ab muscles were in really great shape when she opened me up - but they were a bit expanded because of having been so stretched for so long! That made me feel good because I knew the routine I was doing was working!!! She made a joke that she'd love to see my abs in 6 months of me getting back into the gym now that the muscles are tightened! () Any suggestions on weights? I wasn't doing really heavy weights as the classes I take are more about endurance than muscle mss..... Thanks!

Danced lots sat night but that was it for weekend workouts. Today I did 45 min of spinning. Lifting upper in a couple hrs when I get home with another 20 min light cardio session after. Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Topic: RE: Buckeye John's Program?!?!
John its funny, I joined a gym just yesterday, and was planning on contacting you today when I saw this post! Count me in please. I got 3 free hours with a personal trainer with my gym membership, but want to suggest a plan to him that has worked for a (flat ass) WLS patient turned lifter!
