Topic: New Exercise and Fitness Forum to open today
Later this afternnoon the Exercise and Fitness message board will be converted to the new format used on the main message board. The new Exercise and Fitness Forum will consist of many great articles, illustrated exercise programs and much more. Unfortunately, the posts currently found within this message board will not be converted at this time, but there will be a new section within the new message board to post on the this particular topic. Topic: Saturday's workout
Squat day I really, really had to force myself to do anything. So talked myself into just doing squats and went from there. 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm Suspended Squats Glute Ham Raises supersetted with seated calf raises That's it! Short and sweet. Have a good weekend. Fair day tomorrow. I smell elephant ears...get in my belly. I'm gonna eat ya!

1 just got a call that they want me to cut my vacation short and come back to work early...what a vacation buster. It's just 1 day but now I'll be thinking about that all week. Friday ARM DAY!!!! 1:40 pm to 2:45 pm walk and abs for 10 min to warmup Close Grip Floor Press DB Curls DB French Supersetted with Hammer Curls Icarian Scott Curls supersetted with pushdowns Cybex Tricep Dips supersetted with Concentration curls Barbell wrist curls Pump baby!!!! I love arm day. (I swore I'd never use the "L" after the divorce...but hell..it's arm day) It's all about the pump. Have a good weekend everyone. It's State Fair time in Ohio....I smell an Elephant ear in my future. The Secret: 1. Show up 2. Work Hard 3. Repeat

Hot hot hot!!!! Lurkers come out! Rushed to get a walk in before the storm**** today. 11:30 am to 1 pm walked 1 hour 30 minute extra workout/non stop supersets and one exercise after another...this is just a fun workout to work on extra things I don't have time or energy to do normally. abs stretching neck grip calves lower back Never quit!

Back day...Baby!!!! 1:45 pm to 3:15 pm @ power shack warmup with some walking, stretching and standing abs Power Cleans Deadlifts 1 Arm DB Rows Long Pulley Rows Wide Grip Pulldowns Icarian Rear Delt machine Diesel Shrugs superset with regular DB Shrugs Hammer Gripper machine Decline Situp/twists I'm wiped. Good work Michelle. It's like that here in Ohio...it's Mike Ca hot. I went for a walk for 45 min today at noon. Whoa! Didn't think I'd make it back. Good luck on the surgery. That's one think I'm not even thinking about. Stay Cool.

Hello! I shot up at 5 this am and hit the gym did some upper body and cardio. It was already in the high 70's this morning at 5 it's suppossed to be a 100 here today which is HOT for us New Yorker's. Today is excatly one month till I get my belt lift!!! I can not believe it is now 31 days away...not that anyone is counting Have a good day~

Bodybuilding hurts chest and shoulder day for me Noon to 1:15 pm @ power Shack warmup with walking, stretching and standing abs Incline DB Press Hammer Incline Press Hammer Decline Press Flat DB Flyes Hammer Press Behind the Neck 1 Arm DB laterals DB Front Raise Upright row Chest supported reverse grip rows (pump a little blood in the muscle - light wt) Hanging leg raises Walk 30 minutes at home (it's like 95 and humid...I'm dying) 7 pm @ work walk treadmill 30 min, 2.8 mph level 2 Just to walk off some soreness. Just found this online. We get OLN here, it's the cable station that plays bull riding at 2 am. So naturally, they'll show bodybuilding. Bodybuilding shows, in general, are kind of boring to me, even though I follow the sport. I appreciate the hard work it takes to get there more than the posing in their underwear. Arnold Classic is in Columbus every year, so it's a big deal here. Here is the cable schedule for watching the 2006 Arnold Classic for August.
