Ok...this reminds me of a joke...this husband and wife were having a power struggle during the day. That evening, when they were going to bed, the husband threw his pants over to his wife and said to her..." women put my pants on" she replied to him....."I cant wear your pants they are too big for me" He said.... "women, that is a lesson for you....you cant wear my pants because I wear the pants in this house" . Without hesitation, The wife took off her panties and threw them at her husband and said "Put my panties on". Confused... he looked at the small panties and said "I can't get in your panties".....she said EXACTLY....You cant get in my panties until you change your attitude....

Offend me...that is exactly what I was talkiing about!! I was just too much of a wussy to say it. Women would rule the free world if they knew how to use their control. Big brawny muscles are nothing when it comes to control....lol...the cute little muscles win every time....lol...sounds like you know how to use yours.

Nice Job Stacy!! I don't know how you get up so early to work out. They say that moring is the best time to work out and you burn the most calories in those early am workouts.....I will never know....lol. I prefer late evening workouts. It sounds like your ankle is better. Have a great week.

I know what you mean about the mirror thing. I love to watch the arms while I work them. They say it really help with the "mind body connection"
Topic: Monday Workout~
Alarm went off at 4am and got out of bed at 4:30 thanks to some encouragement from the dogs and cat. I made it to the gym this morning!! Yeay! I just stuck with 30 minutes light cardio again. I did 20 on the arc trainer and 10 on the treadmill. It felt ok. The usual joint aches and pains but nothing really bad. I don't think my heart rate broke 130 but I'm ok with that. I took Tylenol PM last night so I was still a little groggy when I woke up. Brr.. stil feezing here.. 14 degrees but feels even colder. We have some crazy winds.

I like the hammers too! It was the last thing I did so my arms were good and pumped up. I watch in the mirror when I do them...way cool! The best part about Powershack is I can make some noise when I work out. That helps getting those last couple of reps in!!

Yeah, at first I was upset about the numbers, what is it with me and numbers anyways?
But I am feeling it, boy howdy. So I know it's working numbers or not!
I LOVE working out with Earl. I am sure I totally get on his nerves. He puts up with a lot from me. But hey, I am cute and I'm worth it! What can I say?

OMG I don't know how you do it. I was ffffreeezing this weekend. I know all about cross country skiing. I lived in the UP of Michigan and that's literally one of the modes of transportation in the winter. I always wanted to do it but never got a chance to. My kids have down hilled skiied.
I would LOVE to try it. My ex husbands family is Finnish and they live for this weather. The only good thing about it to me, is the sauna when you come in!
Did your eyeballs freeze open? Oh, and how do you find your balls in the snow?

Prince sums it up in one of his songs, which is one of my all time favorite songs, "***** Control". I have it on my MP3 and I work out to it.
Hope that I didn't offend anyone, but that is literally the title of the song...if you haven't heard it...you need to it's great!
It really gets me pumped up for my workout.
