U B SO FUNNY!
Hmmmm reminds me of Earl. The only place he ever took his shirt off was to get in our pool, in the privacy of our back yard. I would imagine he will be taking it off a little more frequently this summer to get that all over tan goin on!

I just got off the phone with the folks from Speedo. I asked why I could not find XXL Speedos for me and my lifting buddies,.... They said that an XXL Speedo would induce a "public panic" and they did not want to be liable for psychological scars caused by such an event.....All kidding aside..when I was really big, I would go to the beach and not take off my shirt

Mikee and Earl, You guys are just kickin a$$. I am doing pretty well myself. I need to post a workout so you can see what I am doing. ..... I can't wait till summer and us lifting boys can show off our new muscles on the beach. I can just see it now......Mikee, Earl and me walking the beach in our Speedos....ladies whistling at us as we walk by......did I mention that sometimes the cold weather freezes my brain and I have a break from reality... I think it just froze up.

It is a really good piece of equip. but they have been passed up by eliptical and Gazells. Burn just as much cals, but are much easier to use. I like it because you can really tune the resistance, and it brings in stabalizer muscles to keep from falling off.

Hi guys!
Got my workout in last night, just didn't post because I had a kid with an essay to type out, so it was battle for the computer...
Anyways, I went to do my last workout at the Fitness Center (joined Powershack with Earl!) The personal trainer there wanted to pick my brain about some things he is trying to work on with some bariatric patients...
So here's what I accomplished in 45 minutes! It was short sweet and intense...just like I like it!
Squats on sm
95 for 3
115 for 3
125 for 1
135 for 1
145 for 1
rep'ed out at 95
Leg presses/calf raises 112.5 for supersets 2 sets each
Leg extensions 45 for 3 sets of 12
Leg curls 57.5 for 3 sets of 12
Chin ups on dip machine 90 for 8, 6 and 6
Shrugs (Diesel style) 15 for 3 sets of 15.
And that's all folks. I had a whole bunch more I wanted to do, but I had a 7:30 appt and it was 7pm by then.
Friday is break day then back at it Saturday and Sunday! WOO HOO It's the WEEKEND! I have had a monstrous week and I am looking forward to the downtime!
