Should also add his practice was in Toldeo, Ohio which I am guessing is around 3 hours from you guys? Any chance you have ever heard anything about Dr. Mark Kligman ? He was at the Medical College of Ohio.

Thanks guys.. I AM SO READY FOR THIS!! I had a call from the first patient of his in Maryland. She is having her procedure on 3/8. He has had many other patients in Ohio that give him rave reviews. I'm looking forward to being able to help develop his support groups here in MD if I am given that opportunity. It will be nice to be one of his "oldest" patients in this state a year from now.

I am just excited about the Arnold Fitness Classic, OMG I just found out Wesley Snipes is in town, Flex Wheeler, Arnold and my IDOL Frank Sepe.... Ladies go to his web site and check him out! WOOOO HOT HOT HOT www.franksepe.com Eh uh um Ok, I have regained composure and now I will post my workout. Speed box squats 45# 2 sets of 3 65# 2 sets of 2 85# 12 sets of 2 with 30 second breaks Dead lifts 95# warm up 135# 8 sets singles with 30 second rests Leg curls 45# 3 sets of 12 Standing calf raises 60# 3 sets of 12 Seated back rows 70# x 12 x 12 80# x 7 x 8 Lat pull downs (narrow grip) 70# x 6 80# x 4 x 4 x 3 DB side bends 30# 3 sets of max reps each side And that be all folks! Topic: Thursday's cardio
Tonight was just cardio. I did stationary bike for 30 mins. Interval course again and went 6.34 miles....Walked for ten minutes on the tredmill.
