Way to go on the workout...I walked all day at the Fitness Expo....gonna walk it today and tomorrow too!
Today is the BIG BENCHING Competition!!! Plus the Strong man competition. I got my picture with a couple of the Strong men yesterday and man the are FREAKIN' HUGE!!!
We went to this Atomic Night of Power...people doing things with their own stregnth...geez louise It was a freak show to be sure. I think I was the only woman there trying to lift the kettlebells, stones, etc...great fun!
Earl will have to load the pictures onto picture trail or something. They are cool!
Ok, off to the show today!

I got my annual picture with Frank yesterday. He's my fix at the Arnold Show!
He is just a pretty man isn't he? I have an autographed book from him too. He's just a really nice guy too. Some of those people get to be real a-holes but he is always genuinely nice.
I showed him my before picture last year and he was really impressed, so much so that he pulled me around the stand and gave me a BIG HUG!! Ahhh that was so nice. That made my whole year.
I have a lot of respect for people who work very hard to achieve that state of physical well being. We all know how much work goes into to getting there and maintaining it.

Sometimes those long drives are nice to just think....

Barbell Shrugs: Set 1: 12 reps @125.0 lbs|Set 2: 10 reps @ 135.0 lbs
Cable Standing Biceps Curl: Set 1: 12 reps @ 55.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 65.0 lbs
Alternate Heel Touches: Set 1: 84 reps | Set 2: 84 reps | Set 3: 66 reps
Stability Ball Weighted Crunches: Set 1: 12 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 15.0 lbs
CARDIO:
Skiing - Nordic2.0 miles, 30 minutes, 4.0 mph (Intensity 3 -- Moderate)
Never made 2 miles before, WOW how fun is that (Did I just say fun?). I did two one-minute sprints at 6 mph, got the HR to 80% max, felt really good. Have a great evening!!!

I was on an overnight business trip, so while driving my 500 mile round trip I pondered much. I will be getting a quad latte in the morning and updating my journal, I will share with you great peeps.

I would think its got to be a great time to reflect your amazing progress and transformation over the year. I find myself daydreaming about all the wonderful things I will be able to do that I can't do now. Do you have any favorites?
