hmmmm okay try this...
go to www.picturetrail.com Up in the right hand corner there is a place for member name. Type in powerlifter21 See if that works. If it doesn't I am gonna have to defer the technical stuff over to Earl.
You know, I am a nurse and if it doesn't bleed or breath I have a hard time fixing it or figuring it out!!

Topic: It's a Freak Show!
Hey guys! WOW what a weekend we had. I am so exhausted, but had a great time getting there!
We did get to see Arnold, not as close as we used to in years gone by, but he was there.
Earl has posted some pictures on our picture trail site, which is www.picturetrail.com/powerliter21.
Some of the pictures you will see are from the Atomic Night of Power, which was held in an adjacent hotel where "normal" guys do amazing feats of strength. I even tried my hand at a couple of things...I am stronger than I thought!! I did the contest at the show, holy cow...I could only hold those pails for 26 seconds...seemed like an eternity, Earl did 46. But, we got to meet Bill Kazmier "Kaz" from the Worlds Strongest Man competitions and even had a mini interview on stage as a husband wife team thing. Really cool!
Also there is a picture of a young man without arms and legs. He does weight training and has a book coming out in August..."No excuses" I am looking forward to that, he is a very inspirational young man.
I found $5 on the groud too. Imagine that...free lunch too boot!
We tried some good and not so good protein samples. We watched Olympic Lifting, the WPO powerlifting competition, and the Strongest Man competition.
There is just so much to see and do it really takes 3 days to get it in.
So, we put another year behind us and countdown to the next time. There was a shirt there that kind of summed it up "What seems superhuman to you is normal to us" I love it.
Back to the grind tomorrow...hope you all had a great weekend.
Val

We usually are all over that area when we visit. His family is all spread out - San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Palo Alto, San Francisco. Where are you in CA? Near Napa, Sonoma?
Topic: RE: Veggies in after WLS?Juicing/Juicers?
I was also going to say the juicer sounds great, I love V8, nothing makes me dump(Unless I am really stupid about how much I take in).

I use fruits and veggies as snacks but still find it uncomfortable with most fiberous things, so I get 2-3 servings max.

I think Earl said it well here once, the best program is the one that you will do. It sounds like it is working for you bud. That is awesome, I love the definition I am beginning to see, ain't it great.
