That is awesome, I could not even attempt my body weight, I would most likely just sit right down with the bar and stay there.
I use a program to track everything, it takes my BMR, RMR and then gives me all the data my anal self needs to be happy

That is great Mike...wow!!! I bet you be lookin' buff dude!
I need to check into this Tae Bo thing. I bet that's a special love that you share with Billy....can I watch? HUH? Can I make a video?
Do you wear a heart monitor? I noticed you are putting calories burned on your posts. I need to get one of those.
All I did was Max squats today. I had a birthday dinner to do for my son, I made lasagne and brownies for him... the lasagne was from scratch baby...mmmmm gooooood.
Here it is:
Warmed up with the bar which is 45#
65# x 3
95 x 3
115 x 1
135 x 1
155 x 1
170 x 1 NEW PR!!!
175 x 1 And broke the PR with a new ONE!!! YEAH!
I know that I will be blowing past 200 before the summer gets here. If I could squat what I did before surgery I would just be beyond happy. I did 248# at my highest in competition. Not too much more.
I am already over body weight! Yeah baby.
Ok, nuff braggin'. Sounds like we had great days even tho mine was a little smaller than yours huh?

Hey yo!
Just got back from the max bench effort with the shirt. Well, I am fairly happy with the results...and now I have what my sister-in-law refers to as my "fetish marks" A good bench shirt will leave it's marks and I got 'em!
Up under my army pits...yeowch...but it is one of those feel good pains!
Here goes!
Bench (no shirt) 45# warm up sets
65# x 3 x 3
With my shirt....
100# x 1
115# x 1
120# x 1
130# x miss x 1
135# x miss
My last PR on bench w/o a shirt was 105#...so I got 25 pounds out of it. Not too bad for that shirt.
Lockouts
155# x 1
165# x 1
175# x 1
195# x miss
Over head press (on machine)
40# x 10
50# x 8
Machine dips
50# x 10
60# x breakdown set...
Can you say...throw up!
This was a killer workout and I am wiped out. Earl provided the comic relief. He did the ab roller wheel thingy and went all the way down to the floor, laid flat on the ground face down and I hear this muffled.... "ONE"
We had a fun time at the gym today.
I was really anxious before we got there, I tend to stress out about the competing part, you know, afraid I will be making a fool of myself, because I am not lifting that much, but once I got there, it felt pretty good.
Now, tomorrow, I won't be able to brush my own hair....
Have a great weekend everyone!
