I want to ask you about your throwing. I used to do it in high school. I would like to know how you got back into it and where to find the information. I loved to throw. I was coaching...can't do that now with 7 kids but I would love to see what stats they have. Thank ya!

My friend went with me to my evaluation and she was outside the door and could hear us laughing. The Dr said I was well informed and educated on the WLS and asked me some pretty tough questions. I did okay in answering. I think anyway. After telling him I was sexually abused as a child he asked me the question that has kept me fat for a long time. What are you going to do when you are attractive to other men? You won't be able to turn to food anymore to put on your armor.

....hmmmm......I told him I was not sure but I am ready to face the demon. I have to start thinking differently. I am ready with my support system plugged in and ready to go! Guys I hope this wasn't to graphic for ya. I like to speak truth because it may help someone else. If anyone has hints or comments I would appreciate them. If it is offensive to someone just let me know and I won't speak of it again. But I know alot of women deal with this problem.

No, my traps are cool, but my upper pecs, just below the collar bone last week just killed me, I had to take two days off, they are good now though, guess they just needed some rest.

Thanks Mikee! I'll try that. Do you find that your traps get sore alot or is it just me? My hubby's don't bother him too bad, but I've always had a problem with mine.

That is cool jennifer, we will all be rooting for Stacy!!! For stretching the back I like to hang from a pull up bar, or put a bunch of weight on the pulldown bar and use that to hang and stretch.

Hi everyone! I was lazy and didn't workout at all yesterday. Does shopping for 4 hours straight count??? My traps are sore as hell! Any advice on how to stretch those or make them feel better? And I would like to announce that I am going to be Stacy's angel. Her hubby and I have each other's cell phone numbers and we're looking forward to her being on the losing side (or should I say winning side)! Her surgery is on April 19th, and as soon as I have information about how she's doing, I'll let everyone know. We'll all be rooting for you Stacy!!!

Topic: PSYCH EVALUATION TOMORROW!!!
LOL I know I am kind of on the edge...but....come on. I am excited though, I will be able to submit my first letter to the insurance company. I was told they will automatically deny me because of the small business in MD. My comorbids are up since I went to the doctors. They say I have fatty liver disease and now I have protien in my urine. Lucky me.
I am on the up side now. It really bummed me out for awhile but I just keep on going!

Topic: Question for the experts.
Hi everyone! I'm proud to say that I lifted weights about 3 times last week and did cardio about 4 mornings last week. I'm trying to do better than that, but my hubby and I like to work out together and our schedules have been crazy. Here's my question....I worked out my triceps, biceps, and calves yesterday after work. I noticed that I seemed to struggle toward the end with the higher weights / lower reps and that I hadn't last time I worked those muscles. I do a modified "body for life" workout, at least as far as going up in weight and down in reps. I break my workouts into three to work the whole body instead of two because I usually have a limited time frame in which to work out. I've just never noticed the same weights feeling heavier than the previous workout before. And I had ample days between for rest and growth. Any ideas would be welcome? Thanks!

P.S. My endocrinologist wants to tweek my thyroid meds, so he won't let me get pregnant for at least 3 more months. I'm disappointed, but at least that's 3 more months to get my body in tip top shape.

I keep a journal of what I do, occassionally my measurements. That's it.
I love my squats! I love deadlifting too, benching is my weakest lift of all. That's why I am working so hard on it. I figure what I lack in benching I can make up in squatting and deadlifting for my totals. Before surgery my total was 707 pounds, currently it is 510, so I have a lot of work to do.
Ok, well speaking of work...it is my
time so I am off to lala land for another fun filled week at work... NOT!
