You just have to get that first workout in Mike. Just do a short workout, abs and arms, something you like to do to get you kick started.

Just got back from Visalia (Three hours south from my home), good lord 105 and raining, that is just not right. Anyway, I am now a couple weeks into a lay off from lifting, must get back before it becomes a rutt.

Finally, a day off work.
I was up until 6:30 am so didn't get up until after noon today.

Really had plans to squat today, but saw an opening in the rain window and hit the pool for a couple of hours.

Hi Michelle,
Be careful. I've had those lows before and shaking. Usually happens on squat day. My magic fix is a oatmeal cookie sandwich with peanut butter. Best fast carb/fat pick me up I've found.
Don't feel bad about doing nothing. I didn't do anything but lay in the pool for an hour today and hit the movies tonight after work. Just got home around 4 am from a date. This is what I call a slug day. Sometimes you have to listen to your body and just rest.

YAY!!!! You worked out! OK I admit I slacked yesterday..I started my cardio and started shaking real bad. Then my surgeon calls me and says your glucose is way down
So I've been bad haven't done much today! I am going to a pilates class though tomarrow.
