Noon to 12:30 pm
Throwing 2 k discus - sucked. Having a bad day. Too much wine last night.
Work 3 pm to midnight today.
8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
Just to pump a little blood and stretch out...
As a giant set or circuit...(all light weight, high reps, 4 circuits)
Standing Abs
Leg Press
Calf Press
1 Leg curl
Side bends with 45 # plate
walk 30 min, 3 mph, level 4

Just some yard work like mowing the grass. Still the best cardio I do all week.
Then beer, wine and an oldie's concert and fireworks.

I havent been around for a while but remembered about the posting of this. Can I get a copy. I was doing the body for life routine but fell off for numerous reasons. Looking to go back to the gym and get "Pumped". I missed it so.

Dumping's not good. My ex dumped more than me...unfortunately... Hang in there.
Have you seen Caroline's website? Her before and after pictures are unreal. I'll post the link when I get home.

Didn't do much of anything Thursday except dump around midnight and scared the crap out of my friend. Poor guy I'm laying on his couch half dead.
I did go for a short walk tonight and jogged back just under.25 mile! Grrr. Tomarrow is exactly 2 months until my body lift so it's time to get crackin'!
