Noon to 2 pm @ home (hard to get motivated after that wine last night )
walk 20 minutes to wake up and warm up
Abs and stretching for 10 minutes
50 # wt swings
Suspended Squats
Lunges
Glute Ham Raises supersetted with seated Calf raises
Hanging leg raises supersetted with 1 legged calf raises
walked for 30 minutes
8:30 pm to 9:15 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 45 min @ 3mph up to level 7, 2.25 miles

That's what I did yesterday, vacuumed the pool and changed the filter. It's almost a full time job anymore maintaining the pool. Who knew something full of water got so dirty?
Have fun with your new Toy. There's a guy at work that wears one all day long...while sitting at his desk...typing. OMG!

Ok, well I got the pool vaccumed and now I am going to head to the gym I bought myself one of those heart rate monitors....I'm really excited to use it It's funny what can makes us get excited.
Gonna do some cardio and maybe weights. Have a good weekend!

Just did some throwing from 2 pm to 3 pm.
Lots of garage sales, auctions and flea market walking today. Then hit the pool.
I need a nap.

Just throwing and cardio for me too. Push found a nice painting in a yard sell on my walk. Love a good yard sale. I looked kinda stupid carrying it down the road but...
11:15 am to noon throwing discus
12:30 to 1 pm walk 30 minutes (and shop)
7:30 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 45 min, up to level 15 up to 4 mph (about 30 seconds then tapered off)
Life's too short to be weak.

Okay - I haven't been around much mostly because there's not much changing in my routine. (Other than having added several more classes.)
Well - I took some pictures today that show some of the work. I still have a LONG way to go but am happy with the results so far!

Did just cardio today. 10 mins walking, 35 interval on the eliptical, 25 on the arctrainer. How's your day going?
