Long time since I have been here;so sad to see the board is dead, oh well I am posting this anyway. I figured on my two year WLS anniversary I would post my workout. Had a great day wine tasting with my lovely wife (Had to pick up our wine club shipment, so we had to taste), watched golf, ate cookies and just finished a great workout; my arms are so tight I can barely type. Back Seated Cable Rows 130 lbs. x 8 130 lbs. x 8 130 lbs. x 8 130 lbs. x 8 Wide-Grip Front Pulldowns 120 lbs. x 10 120 lbs. x 10 120 lbs. x 10 One-Arm Dumbbell Bent-Over Rows 35 lbs. x 13 35 lbs. x 13 Biceps Barbell Preacher Curls 65 lbs. x 8 65 lbs. x 8 65 lbs. x 8 Seated Hammer Curls 25 lbs. 10 25 lbs. 10 25 lbs. 10 Forearms Barbell Wrist Curls 65 lbs. 10 65 lbs. 10 Abdominals Hanging Leg Raises x 7 Hanging Knee Tucks x 15 Flutter Kicks x 20 Incline Sit-Ups x 20 Bicycle Crunches x 20 x 20 Side Crunches x 20 x 25 Mike 3/4/2004 425/260@20% body fat/225 goal or >10% body fat
