2 year anniversary workout
Long time since I have been here;so sad to see the board is dead, oh well I am posting this anyway. I figured on my two year WLS anniversary I would post my workout. Had a great day wine tasting with my lovely wife (Had to pick up our wine club shipment, so we had to taste), watched golf, ate cookies and just finished a great workout; my arms are so tight I can barely type.
