I worked out like a crazy woman. Tuesday I did max lifts.
310 for deadlift and 225 for squats. I was dissappointed with the squats. But it will come up quick. It always does. Hubby gave me sessions with a personal trainer and he used to be a power lifter. I finally broke down and I ordered lifting straps (PINK with my initials on them!) The PT made my deadlift workout with the max in mind. It kicked my butt this AM!

deadlifts--210lbs--X12X2
Farmer walks 60lb dumbbells 20X2
straight leg dead lifts--bar on the box 12X2
15 lb dumbbell curls 20X2
30 crunches on the ball X2
planks 60 seconds X 2--Started shaking in less than 20 seconds
cable rows 100 lb X 12X2
Wanna know the funny thing.....My forearms were more sore than my legs!!! Crazy....it was true!!
