Ok.. another big spin session today. Blasted the music and put on my hot new spin outfit. Nice black mountain bike shorts from REI and this really cool zipper down cool max/spandex bike shirt. I went out and bought a bunch of new workout clothes to help motivate me.

Stacy, Never a bad idea to motivate with clothes! =} I worked out like a crazy woman. Tuesday I did max lifts. 310 for deadlift and 225 for squats. I was dissappointed with the squats. But it will come up quick. It always does. Hubby gave me sessions with a personal trainer and he used to be a power lifter. I finally broke down and I ordered lifting straps (PINK with my initials on them!) The PT made my deadlift workout with the max in mind. It kicked my butt this AM! warmup--deadlift warm up--bar deadlifts--210lbs--X12X2 Farmer walks 60lb dumbbells 20X2 straight leg dead lifts--bar on the box 12X2 15 lb dumbbell curls 20X2 30 crunches on the ball X2 planks 60 seconds X 2--Started shaking in less than 20 seconds cable rows 100 lb X 12X2 Wanna know the funny thing.....My forearms were more sore than my legs!!! Crazy....it was true!! Stay Strong girl!--I wanted to let you know that I found my favorite shirt on the web...... CARDIO SUCKS!
