SUP GUYS NEWBIE TO THE BOARD
Hey "Tiny" And everyone else, you guys are truly an inspiration. I am not quite 7 months out an have lost a total of 175 lbs. I weighed almost 500 lbs at 6'4".Now I am ready to get back into weight training and could really use a guide to some training methods. I'm very atheletic because I use to be an athelete (College Basketball) before I let myself go. I have always been big even when I was in shape. Unfortunately, Now I have become weak and flabby. Any help out there would be appreciated.
