Yesterday I got in a nice workout at the YMCA in downtown Louisville, Ky. Nice equipment and friendly people. I have meeting later this week with my local YMCA....to be on the "board of directors". It is a non-paid position, but I am honored to be recruited for the position. I hope I get the job

Tammy,
I had my YMCA meeting today and I am officially on the board....as long as no skeletons show up in a background check

That is a pretty fun dance song. See you in Richmond at the next conference. Anthony will be there too.
Ah Ha!
the funniest thing - and you guys probably don't know this - is that Felipe- the Indian from the Village People- lives here in Richmond, and dated the guy whose job I have now - so to see you with that headdress on - had me rolling with tears streaming down my face! Kudos Anthony- I am glad you both plan to attend in June!

David, I somehow knew you were associated with those Village People I look forward to your next conference. David, start posting your "push up" workouts. BTW, ...nice "wife beater" tank top at the Richmond conference. I saw pictures.
PICTURES???
I have graduated from pushup workout to all out attack ay gym workouts man...I am pushing 190 on tricep push downs - goal is MY body weight (210). Pulling down about 198, still using a wussy 130 on most other bench press type machines...but it's working. I also get in a few hundred crunches of various sorts...What a high - I still can't believe it's me when I look in the mirror. Keeps me on my toes.

190 on tricep pushdowns? That seems really high. In fact it is more than double what I do. Same with your pulls downs.
