Monday Workout
Felt Great today, and my workout was really intense. We skipped all the FitBall stuff and went straight to the machines.
10 minute warm-up - Elliptical
10 minutes of stretching
Standing Lunges
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 15
Tricep Extensions - 2 sets of 15
Lat Pulldowns - 2 sets of 15
Shoulder (Lateral Raises) - 2 sets of 15
Leg Extensions - 2 sets of 15
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 15
Leg Raises
Crunches
Planks - Front and Both Sides
Several other Ab reps and 10 more minutes of streching.
Cooldown - 15 minutes of walking.
