Friday Morning Workout

Just got back from the gym, and had a great workout. Elliptical - Warm-up - 10 Minutes Stretching - 15 Minutes Concentration Curls - 2 Sets of 20 Triceps (Kickbacks and Lying Presses) - 1 set of 20 each Shoulders (Lateral raises and Front raises) - 1 set of 20 each Seated Cable Rows - 2 sets of 20 Chest Press - 2 sets of 20 LOTS of abs and back work using the Ball and the Stretch Bands. Then, a little more stretching for my Glutes - they were still dying from my lunges earlier in the week. 15 Minutes Walking - Cooldown All-in-all, I feel great. Ill grab a 30 minute walk this afternoon, and sleep like a baby. Have a great weekend everyone! Clay 391/281
