Took off Mon & Tue Today: 10 min warmup on eliptical 25 min upper body resistance hit everything - shoulders, back, bi, tri, chest mostly with dumbells with the exception of lat pull down machine. Also did assorted crunches 25 min moderate cardio back on eliptical Avg HR 140 Calories Burned - around 600 .. was not getting a good signal on the eliptical I was pretty low energy during this workout. It was a struggle for me but I got through it. I ate sugar yesterday - bunch of candy (atomic fireballs, sour balls, ,lemonheads, tootsie rolls, hard candy. This guy at my office brought in a carton of junk and it was 5 feet from my desk for the last couple weeks. I was stressed out, tired, working late so bam.. I caved. I messed my system up but not as bad as you would think. I guess it is because I am further out now. It was more of delayed dumping. Not doing that again anytime soon because: 1) Compromised my workout 2) Made me feel like crap the last 48 hrs

Stacy: Glad you are getting in good workouts! Sorry bout the dumping. It must suck. Hope you feel better soon! what is your total weight loss? I am still fighting with the same 20lbs. It is on it's way back down again. This sucks! We are looking into other options....private pay.....it is going to be a while till I can do it. Have a great night! Tammy

I'm almost 90lbs down and around 34%BF. I wear a size 12 and am 192lbs. People are usually shocked that I can be at this weight and wear a 12 petite (i'm 5'4) but it is all about that good muscle!! Started at 281, 48%BF, size 22-24. I feel a little tired now from the sugar binge yesterday but other then that I am fine. Really on track with my food today. Tomorrow I plan to do cardio only so going to need that energy. Well I might do some back and abs too. I'm sorry it has been such a pain in the ass for you. Keep fighting for it. You know I am here to support you and if you need an ear to vent feel free. You can always call me or email me too. I'd do it all over again if I had to. It has been a heck of a ride so far but very much worth it. This is by no means an easy process but it does turn the odds in your favor for success. My quality of life is just much better in so many ways. I've made a total transformation inside and out. The best part is that I can do all the activities I love. Plus no more injuries, ankle pain, back pain, knee pain. Now I just get to content with DOMS.. the good pain!

Great workouts all! Stacy, I wanted to ask you....Do you feel as strong as you were before the surgery or are you having to build back up and if so do you think you will get back to where you were? And one more .....is it as important to you to get back to lifting so heavy??? BTW....I do believe you about the size. When I lost all that weight I was at a size 13 when I weighed 200. Hard to believe, I know but so true....now I am not sure cause everything has shifted....Mostly down! LOL lots of love Tammy
