Sunday Workout

10 Min walk/run warmup .. Leg Extension 15 X 50lbs 15 X 70lbs 12 X 70lbs Leg Press 15 X 170lbs 15 X 190 lbs 12 X 210 lbs all supersetted with calf on the same machine/same weights Leg Curls 15 X 50lbs 15 X 50lbs 8 X 50lbs Smith Machine Squats 15 X Bar Weight only 15 X 2 - 10lbs plates 15 X 2 - 10lbs plates I worked up the guts to ask another girl to watch my form on squats just cause I feel like I am so out of practice. It was fine though. I got a scare my last time I did full body and almost passed out doing squats. I think I just wasn't breathing correctly and let my heart rate go up to high. After that I did some spinning for my cardio. Assorted Abs - went light since they were sore from yesterdays Finished off with some really good stretching. Total Workout Time: 1:15 In Zone: 52:55 HR Avg 145 709 Calories burned 40% from fat Had a yummy protein delite with skim milk shake post workout. Plan to have an Amy's burrito in about an hour for lunch. Not sure what I will do rest of the day. I guess watch football and maybe go walk the dogs but it is very brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr cold out here in the Baltimore area. Dana working all day so I am home alone.

Great Workout Stayce!!! I can only press 150lbs...that was my goal pressing my bodyweight. After my knee injury last month I was surprised I was to that weight today! Keep Warm !!
