Feeling healthy other then some left over sniffles and back in the gym.
Did 10 min running warm up
40 min upper body + abs & back
40 min spinning
in zone 57 minutes
avg hr 136
calories burned 729 !!!!- 45% from fat (ya this is with the weight correctly programmed this time)
After I went grocery shopping and then when I got home I ate a 280 calorie Amy's Breakfast Burrito and 2 90 calorie kellogs bars.. lol I was huuuuuuuuuuungry. Pre-workout I had 1/2 of a acheiv one protein latte.
I probably should have something immediately post workout. Oh well.
Decided to go back to upper and lower days to help with muscle recovery. Full body just killed me earlier this week.
