Work out
Hi everyone.
Tonight I started a new class at the gym. I have never taken a class before so it felt amazing to make it through and do a good job. The class is a total body workout. Using barbells doing squats, presses etc.. I didn't think I worked to hard then about a half hour ago I started feeling it.
Did 20 mins of cardio before class. Wed I start cardio Kickboxing!!
