Hi everyone. Tonight I started a new class at the gym. I have never taken a class before so it felt amazing to make it through and do a good job. The class is a total body workout. Using barbells doing squats, presses etc.. I didn't think I worked to hard then about a half hour ago I started feeling it. Did 20 mins of cardio before class. Wed I start cardio Kickboxing!! I use to do BodyPump which is probably somewhat similar. So cool that you enjoyed it and are trying classes. Can't wait to here how you like the cardio kickboxing. At some point you might want to try regular boxing on a heavy bag if you have access to one. That is a ton of fun too.
