Monday Workout.. This weeks plan
Went to the Towson Y and did 45 min of cardio. Avg HR was 150 - 165.
Monday - Cardio Only. Yikes.. Was so easy to get HR high since I have not had much consistency. I need to really work back up. Did 35 min on cross trainer and 10 on treadmill.
Tue - I am going to do some full body resistance traininig with 20 min low intensity cardio. If I have to crawl to keep my heart rate down at 120 I will do it. I will get to the gym at 5:30am before work. Head back home to shower and then go to work.
Wed - Swim
Thurs - same as tomorrow - full body + light cardio
Friday - SLUG DAY
Sat - Choice of cardio 60 min any intensity any type
Sun - full body + light cardio
