I just bought a cute workout outfit at Target this morning to give me some more motivation. Soon as I am healed I am back to the weights. My D&C a couple days ago went very well so nothing should be holding me back now. Did a little stretching already this morning. Will try some yoga later if I am not too tired. They removed a few polyps but no endometriosis. Yay! That is great news. Probably next week I should be good to start up slow. Can't wait to get my sweat on!!! We need a flexing smiley icon just for this msg board! You will see me posting workouts more often in the coming weeks. I'm going to need to log to get back into a regular routine again. Tri training is still on hold but I'd like to get back to that eventually too. For now just focusing on building back strength and burning all that fat I have left. I am around 35% BF and 195 today. My measured goal for 2006 - I'd like to be at 16% by this time next year. I think that is pretty reasonable. I'm going to do it with good consistent exercise and healthy eating. Other goals include focusing on spin cycle and tri training. Hoping to get the instructor spin cert before the end of the year as well.
