I just got back from the gym. I did 45 min on the treadmill. It felt good to sweat out all those cookies and beer . Yes I am one of the lucky ones that does not dump.
Yesterday I did a full body workout because I am not sure when I will be in the gym again. Merry Christmas to all of you and thanks for your support.
Merry Christmas John! I'm home all by my lonesome today. Dana is working until 7:30pm. Retail management stinks this time of year!
Anyway, I'm going to go and also get in 45 min of cardio. Indulged in sugar yesterday and didn't dump either!!! Scary.
Mother in-law lands at 4:30 tomorrow morning. She is flying in from San Jose to BWI. I scored three awesome seats to the Ravens - Vikings game from a co-worker and only paid face value for them. I think kickoff is around 8:30.
Love to all of you on this board who have kept me sane during 2005. Thanks for all the advice kindness and making me feel like one of the gang from day one. May you all have a wonderful holiday season and a healthy 2006!
