Kathy, You are welcome!!! Today I took a better look at your profile and I have to tell you I cried. First of all I love that Kelly Clarkson song (I have the CD)!! I have been house bound (no lifting) because of my wounded knee and I have an awful cold. Just looking at your before and after pictures really impacted me!! What a transformation woman!! You are incredible!! I was a mere lightweight and I think my transformation was great but you have gone the distance!! I am very happy we started to correspond via email!!
