Seated Cable Row - wide grip:
Set 1: 12 reps @ 35.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 35.0 lbs
Plie Squat - dumbbell:
Set 1: 12 reps @ 25.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 25.0 lbs
Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing:
Set 1: 12 reps @ 10.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Ab Lounge:
Set 1: 50 reps @ 0.0 lbs | Set 2: 50 reps @ 0.0 lbs
Hamstring Curls - prone:
Set 1: 12 reps @ 25.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 25.0 lbs

Nice Job Kristie, I jogged 4 miles on the treadmill. It was great because Duke was on one of the TVs .... so I could exercise and watch the game.
