So that means no working out for a while Can I get some opinions....my doctor said that after the TT I shouldn't loose too much of my strength or stamina though I'm going to be down for 6 weeks..... I'm sure I can get it back fairly quickly - but I know I'm also not going to overdo it because I don't want to mess us what is being done to me! Any thoughts? Dee Dee

Dee Dee, My thought is to RELAX. Enjoy the time off. Don't rush back and screw things up long term. I had hernia surgery and took off about 8 weeks ...in about month or so... I was right back to where I started. Good Luck

Hi Dee Dee, May I say you look GREAT I am so happy for you as I have to wait until April. Not complaining as it will give me some time to put more muscle on? I was wondering the down time as well. Thanks for asking this question. Good luck to you! Take care, Kathy

Best of luck on your surgery Dee Dee! Let yourself heal properly and then I am sure you will get back that muscle in no time. With the PS it will show even more!!
