I blasted the chest and back yesterday. I finished up with some cardio. The legs were a little sore and the treadmill workout was just what the doctor ordered. I skipped my Abs workout...shame on me. I guess I will have to do some Abs work today.....or not

Good job John, it is funny I have worked abs every day, now some of the experts I read and respect most are changing to a two or three day abs per week only. They are now saying that every day overworks them. Hmmm

Mike, Lucky for me, I knew that fact a long time ago. So I never fret missing an Abs workout So many people overwork the Abs. I work them 2-3 days a week...no more...I don't want them to "bulk up" like the other muscles

Good job John, keep plugging away the end result will keep you healthy for a lifetime. So you skipped the ab workout one day "no big deal go get it next time. Peace, Q.
