Our Visalia store is now open, A year of my life and many 3 hour drives and nights/weeks away from home. We had our Grand Opening Monday. had Kjugg there doing a live remote, the had the 15' tall wiskey jug there, two kinds of music I do not listen to, country & western, but it was fun. I am working out at Valley's Gym all week here in Visalai CA, very cool place, low key but good equipment and clean. Seated Cable Row - wide grip: Set 1: 12 reps @ 80.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 80.0 lbs Dumbbell Shrugs: Set 1: 15 reps @ 45.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 50.0 lbs Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing: Set 1: 12 reps @ 20.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 30.0 lbs Abdominal Crunches (machine): Set 1: 25 reps @ 50.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 90.0 lbs | Set 3: 25 reps @ 50.0 lbs Cardio: Did most of it on grade 15 whatever that means, but I can say I walked up hill both ways. Nice Job Mike. Congrats on the new store. Looks like a good workout. I like the wide grip too on the seated cable row. I see you are posting your weights. You are more of a man than me. I am going to wait till I am stronger before I post the amount of weight You are like me in the sense that you work out on the road. I guess it is a choice between TV in the hotel room and the gym....the gym wins most of the time. Have a great week in the Valley's gym.

Thanks, I like the wide grip, gets an area I do not feel with anything else. In the beginning I was not going to post the weight, but I thought people would see that the weight is not very heavy most of the time and not be intimidated, I like to see what others are lifting. I wish Earl would put weight, but respect his reasoning for not (He would punk us all out). I have had to start from scratch and lift WAY less than in my younger years. The gym has been an issue for me, I talk myself in and out of going 10 times before I make it; I feel like a big fat guy who has no right to be there, all eyes are on me, judging me, laughing at me, my brain is hard wired to think this. Once I am there I feel pretty good, and really enjoy it. I see you enjoy working out at different places, that is very cool. I want to get to a place where I enjoy it more without the weirdness.
