Friday I did lots of 12oz. curls at a Christmas party(ok they were 16 oz Molson Ice beer and they kicked my ass) Saturday, I sweated all the toxins out in a 3 mile run and 2 mile walk. Sunday, I blasted the chest, back and Abs. I will be feeling sore (the good sore) for a few days.
