Just a small one today,yesterday kicked my butt; maybe a bike ride later, the weather has been awesome after the fog burns off, getting to about 65 degrees, so that will be fun.
Leg Press (45 Degree): Set 1: 10 reps @ 200.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 200.0 lbs | Set 3: 10 reps @ 200.0 lbs
Hamstring Curls - seated: Set 1: 12 reps @ 60.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 60.0 lbs
Leg Extensions: Set 1: 12 reps @ 75.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 75.0 lbs

Dumbbell One Arm Row - elbow close:Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Barbell Shrugs:Set 1: 15 reps @ 40.0 lbs
Dumbbell Preacher Curl:Set 1: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Stability Ball Weighted Crunches:Set 1: 20 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Ab Lounge:Set 1: 50 reps | Set 2: 50 reps
Well, I better get back to baking that banana bread!
