Just a small one today,yesterday kicked my butt; maybe a bike ride later, the weather has been awesome after the fog burns off, getting to about 65 degrees, so that will be fun. Good Workout Honey, I am going to miss you this next week! However, I am going to make a commitment everyday to workout! It would be awesome if we could squeeze a bike ride in before you hit the road!
