Hey Mike, Enjoy the "old school" gym. I was in one last week. It was nice for a change. This week, I was in a brand new YMCA in Detroit. One of the nicest, newest YMCA that I have ever been in...and it was in Detroit...ok it was in the "burbs"...nothing nice in the city of Detroit It had really nice machines, but the free weight section sucked...the girls were good looking however I worked my chest, back and Abs. For cardio, I tried this "Arc" machine. It was OK. I did some intervals and really got the heart rate up in the stratosphere. One of these days I think I will accidentally kill myself trying to see how high I can get my heart rate

I think it is cool you go to the "Y", I have not seen one since I was a kid, none around here. Good for you John, the feeling that you can push yourself physically is a beautiful thing.
