Alright who's working out today!!!!!

I break my workouts in to A Days and B days. Today is A day " chest, back, triceps and abs" B day consists of "shoulders,legs,biceps and abs I start every workout with 60mins of cardio on the treadmill followed by the weight work. John i know you like to get your cardio in at the end. But for me i think this is a carryover from the first week after wls when i was only allowed to do cardio for 8 weeks. Peace, Q.

Q, I have a 3 day split Day 1 legs Day 2 chest, back, abs Day 3 Bicep, Triceps, shoulders Finish up with 15 to 30 min of cardio. On my non lift days, I rest or do some cardio. Two days a week I attend a Yoga class (Monday & Friday) Today is a non-lift day. I ran 4 miles...woo hoo
