Turkey Trot

As I posted earlier to Stayce, I ran in a 5 mile race on Thanksgiving. I then plopped my butt on the couch for the next 3 days....not really. I kept busy shopping, putting up lights etc. Today, I got back in the gym and did a killer back & chest workout. I did lots of cable work and dumbbells exercises. After the weight training, I ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Then I did an hour of yoga. I am pooped.

Hello John, Good job on the turkey trot!!! Todays workout==== 60mins of cardio on the treadmill followed by Shoulders, legs, biceps and abs. Keep up the hard work, Q.

Thanks "Q" It looks like you had a good workout. It looks like you did your weight traning after an hour of cardio. I could never do that much cardio then weights. I like to do my weights first....and finish with cardio. Welcome and keep us posted on your progress.
